IMPORTANT - READ THIS BEFORE MAKING ONLINE RESERVATIONS!

New for 2012: no Saturday check-in/check-out.

WE HAVE ONLY NON-SMOKING ROOMS

1. We rent only to people 21 years of age or older.

2. The total price given when making reservations online do not reflect any discounts. The price will be recalculated by our office staff as follows:

     Stays of seven days or more receive additional 10% off.

3. Total online reservation price includes tax (11.75%).

4. From June 3 through August 26 cottages are rented on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday only. Online reservations made for less than 7 nights in a cottage will be denied when processed by our office.

5. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends. 3 night minimum on major holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, )

6. We allow pets in cottages only. There is an $8.00/day pet fee (except for weekly stays June 3 - August 25)
